Delivery Guarantee
We offer a 100% Delivery Guarantee. If your order is lost in transit or seized by customs, we will reship your order once, completely free of charge. If the reshipment is also unsuccessful, we will offer a full refund.
1. Returns Policy
Due to the nature of our products (temperature-sensitive research materials), we can only accept returns if the product is unopened, sealed, and stored correctly. You may return items within 14 days of receipt. Please contact support@bioenhance.com to initiate a return.
2. Damaged Items
If your vials arrive damaged or broken, please take a clear photo of the damaged items inside the original packaging and email it to us within 24 hours of delivery. We will immediately dispatch a replacement for the damaged items.
3. Refund Process
Once a refund is approved, it will be processed back to your original payment method (Bank Transfer or Crypto). Please allow 3-5 business days for bank transfers to appear in your account. Cryptocurrency refunds are processed immediately at the current exchange rate.
