Shipping Policy

1. Dispatch Time

We strive to dispatch all orders within 24 hours of payment confirmation (Monday to Friday). Orders placed on weekends will be dispatched on the following Monday. You will receive an email confirmation with your tracking number as soon as your package leaves our warehouse.

2. Discreet Packaging

We understand the importance of privacy for our research clients. All orders are shipped in plain, unbranded packaging. There is no mention of peptides, research chemicals, or "BioEnhance" on the external shipping label. The sender name will be generic.

3. Estimated Delivery Times

• Europe (EU): 2-5 Business Days (GLS / DPD)
• United Kingdom: 4-7 Business Days (Royal Mail)
• United States: 7-14 Business Days (USPS Priority)
• Rest of World: 7-21 Business Days

4. Customs & Duties

For orders within the European Union, there are no customs checks or duties. For international orders (USA, UK, etc.), the customer is responsible for any applicable import duties. However, we use specialized shipping methods to maximize the success rate of delivery.
